In Q4 2021, the top social apps on Android in Serbia exhibited various trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at how Instagram, TikTok, TikTok Lite - Save Data, Facebook Lite, and Facebook performed throughout the quarter.

Instagram saw its weekly downloads fluctuate, starting at around 5.5K at the beginning of October and peaking at approximately 10.2K in the final week of December. Revenue for the app was relatively low, with weekly figures mostly under $10, reaching a high of $13 in mid-October.

TikTok experienced a significant increase in weekly revenue, starting from $653 at the beginning of October and surging to over $18K in mid-December. Downloads remained relatively stable, with a slight increase towards the end, reaching about 8.9K in the last week of December.

TikTok Lite - Save Data did not generate revenue during this period. However, its weekly downloads showed a steady increase, starting at 4.5K in late September and climbing to over 5.3K by the end of December.

Facebook Lite maintained a consistent download rate, with weekly figures hovering around 2.4K to 2.8K. Despite the steady downloads, the app did not generate any revenue during Q4 2021.

Facebook showed a gradual increase in both revenue and downloads. Weekly revenue began at $238 at the end of September and rose to $364 by the end of December. Downloads followed a similar trend, starting at around 2.6K and peaking at nearly 2.9K in the final week of December.
